Description of sound
The new Travel sound program has been created to prevent Jet Lag and disturbed rest patterns while travelling.
Consisting of a 5 minutes and 31 seconds track of music and Tibetan bells, this unique program instructs the cellular structure of you body to adapt to the conditions around you easily and effortlessly.
Part of that instruction is that your body maintains its maximum hydration, that your rest patterns are as close to normal as possible , and that the effects of EMF’s and similar frequencies are minimalised.
To aid your hydration whilst travelling I suggest using 50 / 50 water and lemonade as a drink, or if available 20% Apple and Pear Juice in water which is more readily absorbed by the body.
The program may be transferred to computer or ipod for ease of use with no effects on its performance.
For those with a fear of flying the program may be used at the beginning of a trip or prior to that time as it will assist with relaxation and lessen anxiety.
You may use this program as often as you wish as you travel, it is beneficial in Airports, on Airplanes etc to promote a sense of calm, relaxation and well being as well as well as adjust your cellular structure to the time zone you are passing through

How this sound came about
Cameron Dawson, [The Dawson Program] who was my mentor and colleague originally created a set of sounds for Jet Pilots based on the theory that the cellular structure of the body changes with the hemispheres.
Although this was a brilliant program it involved a clock face type CD and the necessity to be played at a specific time frame as connected to your arrival at a destination.
I have put a great deal of thought into how to simplify this procedure, and eventually created the original Travel sounds which are beneficial whether you are going one hour, or many hours out of your own accustomed Time Zone.
This upgraded version is even more complete as mentioned above.

Comment from Susan – Give this program a try, I have sent many people overseas with this sound and they have all reported back, with having a much easier time adjusting to time zones.
Also, I have played this sound to clients several times – who are within new situations and who are require a little aid ‘adjusting’ to the changes.
