The Weight Sounds address the issues of holding onto average levels of weight in the body which are not of a beneficial nature for this client. These sounds work by addressing the individual cells of the body which are storing reserves of fat and fluids and asking that these reserves be released for the optimum health and well being of the body.
These sounds are beneficial for clients who wish to release or reduce moderate levels of weight.

How this sound came about
The Weight Sounds were developed by Susan and Sheila during many long discussions as to why some people released weight more easily than others. The Weight Sounds were the fore runner to The Sounds from Source Deep weight program, designed to address deeper issues of holding onto or storing excess weigh in the body.
