The Earth and its inhabitants have been experiencing a number of energetic shifts and basically what can be described as ‘ energy upgrades’.

Now I have been known in the past to ‘close down’ not only my own computer system when I have been in ‘ work mode’, however other people’s also, and recent times have appeared to exacerbate that on some days with the internet and my phone’s refusing to work for periods of time. To such an extent that my computer informed me I could not access the internet as I did not have a registered I.P. address.

The shifts in energies appear to have settled down currently and the computer is working again. My body is a different matter entirely and has made its presence felt over the last couple of weeks with an abscess in my jaw and a disintegrated tooth.

So Doctor’s Dentists, X Rays and the like have been to the fore.

I have managed to achieve a considerable amount of work despite all of this though.

We have launched 3 ebooks on our Sounds from Source Store,  two spiritually based and one reflecting my sense of humour.  I will write about them individually in a few days.

Received some exciting new sounds. More about those in the future.

Changed the lives of some wonderful people: It was my pleasure to work with two very special little boys a couple of weeks ago and I received a grateful  email just last night. I am still smiling.

Q. You made the comment that you haven’t been practising as a psychic for some two years. Can I ask why?

A. Yes you can. When I have worked on a ‘psychic’ level over the years I have basically ‘left my body’ and journeyed to higher realms to look at the questions that people have had from a different perspective. This journeying can happen over a considerable period of time, eg the length of a reading and often more with it taking time for me to be completely ‘back in my body’.

Over the years it appeared that I left more easily, and went further, then found it more and more difficult to ‘come back’. Basically I would have been quite happy to ‘keep floating’.

In early 2010 I frightened a client who thought I had stopped breathing when I was ‘looking at’ a situation for her, and I made the decision not to work in that capacity again.

Q. May you channel a poem from Archangel Michael for my friend Stephen and his son Sam?

We have recorded the Archangel Mikael poem that we were given to honor Gracja’s request and Susan has made it into a Youtube video that is available on the Sounds from Source Academy website

Q.I was asked a question about a well known ex footballer who passed away recently, who in years was still quite a young man. Why was the question would some one who had done and given so much be taken in the prime of his life?

A.I have commented for many years that we do not know what another person’s soul contract is!

So what is a’ soul contract’?

It is my belief that when the soul leaves the physical body or ‘vehicle’ it has inhabited for its journey here on earth, and ‘goes home’, where it is reunited with other members of its ‘Soul Group”. It is a joyous time, a time of celebration, a time of rejoicing that the one who had been gone has returned to the fold.

A ‘Soul Group” is exactly that: a group of souls who have shared many lives and experiences in this current or many previous incarnations. Some may have been close or extended family; others may have been associates or friends.

Now from the ‘Sheila’ perspective, when we ‘go home’ I view it and describe it to my clients as ‘The Coffee shop in the sky’. Much more fin to me to have a latte or a cappuccino than sitting around floating on a damp cloud.

In that ‘Coffee shop’, we meet up with souls we have known before, and we make agreements with these souls to be a part of their lives or for them to be a part of ours ‘next time around’

A soul may express a desire to experience conception. However not wish to do the whole pregnancy/ birth/ grow into an adult situation. They then need to connect with another soul or souls as in prospective parent or parents who are willing to be a part of ‘creating a foetus’ that will not survive, eg miscarriage/ abortion etc would be the basic choices here.

Another soul may wish to do the whole pregnancy/ birth/ grow into a child, however not plan on staying around into adulthood and a long life. I ‘lost’ for want of a better word a young client many years ago who passed for no apparent reason other than her parents did not want her to suffer and hoped and prayed that she would ‘die’ quickly. Why do I say for no apparent reason? This child had recovered form a terminal disease, was ‘in remission’ and yet had passed some months after the original ‘death sentence’ pronounced by her medical team.

In my own instance at aged three, my parents were told I had a year to live when I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma [cancer of the lymph nodes], this disease had already taken my mothers brother before I was born and would take my grandfather. My father’s father when I was seven.

Now fifty nine years later I am here still telling you this story.

So why did a compassionate young man pass away, I am not privy to his soul journey, so unfortunately I cannot give you any inside information. I know from first hand experience of the difference he made in the lives of many a young person, and I honour his memory and his work which I am sure will go on as a legacy.

I will continue looking at the area of Soul Contracts in the next series of questions.

Q. You have said that the Sounds from Source are gifted so where do they come from?

A. For many years Susan and I have described the body of knowledge and consciousness that

we receive the information from that goes into the Sounds from Source programs as ‘the source

of the healing sounds’. Originally the programs were named The Healing Sounds and when we

needed to change the name some years ago we did so to Sounds from Source yet still honoured

the origins of the sounds as the source of the healing sounds

So to take that a step further, if we allow that man is a multi dimensional being in a multi

dimensional world, and that there are both visible and invisible part s to both our selves and the

worlds we inhabit, then the body knowledge and consciousness that we work with is ‘removed’ from

us in as much as a university is from a kindergarten child.

We have been fortunate in being able to access information from that ‘university’ to share with you

and it is a sacred honour for both Susan and I, and not one that we take lightly by any means.

Sometimes when we are given or download information we are familiar with the ‘energies’ that

provide it, at other times it is from a different source or origin, and we do not just accept that it is ok

to use, we question on many levels and ‘test’ kinesiologically to ascertain its value before we accept

it.

Q. Does anyone else do what you do?

A. Now that’s a tough question in many ways, as I find it difficult at times to describe what it is ‘that

I do’.

Despite the fact that I am not particularly comfortable with the word ‘channel’, I will use it in

this instance to explain. There are many people in the world, who ‘channel’, – they bring through

information form other sources separate from themselves, and in many instances they ‘share’ that

information with the world.

Some well known ones would be Lee Carroll and the Kyron channellings. Lee is recognized worldwide

as the original channel for Kyron, and the Kyron website has been operational for some twenty years.

Jane Roberts with Seth. Jane Roberts claimed no authorship of the numerous Seth books beyond her

role as medium, and they were scribed and recorded by her husband during her trance times.

Barbara Brennan would be another good example as she describes receiving intuitive information

about her clients during sessions, and of being able to see repetitive patterns in the energy fields of

her clients indicating common roots underlying their difficulties

Susan and I do not claim to ‘channel’ anyone, we are open to receive information and some of the

beautiful ‘writing and message’ we receive are from many sources.

We believe that what we offer is unique and we present it to the world with the same reverence with

which we receive it. So does anyone else ‘do what we do’? I would say not in the same way, as we are

all individual.

Q. Do you need to be a psychic to receive channelled information?

A. The simple answer to this question is ‘you do not need to be psychic to receive channelled

information’.

We all have some level or ability of intuition or inner knowing, often that may be described as a ‘gut

feeling’, or ‘I could feel it in my bones’ to name a couple of old ones, it mat be a sense of foreboding

or even an expectation of something about to happen.

In some people this ‘knowing’ is more refined or accelerated and they are simply ‘more in tune’

with it. For both Susan and I we receive information quite differently, and yet will often have the

same ‘knowing’ or result from our individual questions, and be Australian states and many hours apart

as we ask them.

Would Susan describe herself as psychic? Err No, in fact she would probably head for the hills at the

thought. What she has however is an open mind and the ability to get out of her own way and allow

the information to come through.

For myself, I have been a psychic for a very long time, non practising currently for some two or so

years, however I am also a medium and again have been for a long period of time. So I could say that

in many ways its ‘easy’ for me to allow the information through.

When the messages first came through – I actually made up what I call ‘extended’ versions of the you tube videos.  These include an inner page which has the messages actually written for you to enjoy in a sort of book format.

Anyway – what Sheila and I have agreed to do is to release one of these extended versions each month.  They will be available for you to download.

Autism need not be a life sentence

Autism, what is it, why does it occur, how to avoid it and if your child has been diagnosed with ASD, how can your child be helped?

It was the middle of the twentieth century when there was  a name given for a disorder that now appears to affect an estimated 3.4 % of  every 1,000 children aged 3-10, a disorder that can cause enormous  disruption in families and unfulfilled lives for many children. [It is interesting to note that Autism was not recognised nor did it appear to be prolific until after the end of the Second World War, WW2]

In 1943 Dr. Leo Kanner of the Johns Hopkins Hospitalstudied a group of 11 children and introduced the label early infantile autism into the English language. At the same time a German scientist, Dr. Hans Asperger, described a milder form of the disorder that became known as Asperger syndrome. Thus these two disorders were described and are today listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders DSM-IV-TR [fourth edition, text revision] as two of the five pervasive developmental disorders [PDD], more often referred to today as ‘Autism Spectrum Disorders’ [ASD]. All these disorders are characterized by varying degrees of impairment in communication skills, social interactions, and restricted, repetitive and stereotyped patterns of behavior.

The ‘Autism Spectrum Disorders’ can often be reliably detected and diagnosed by the time the child is 3 years of age and in some cases as early as 18 months. Studies suggest that many children eventually may be accurately identified by the age of 1 year or even younger. The appearance of any of the warning signs of ASD is reason to have a child evaluated by a professional specializing in these disorders.

Parents are usually the first to notice unusual behaviours in their child. In some cases, the baby seemed “different” from birth, unresponsive to people or focusing intently on one item for long periods of time. The first signs of ASD can also appear in children who seem to have been developing normally. When an engaging, babbling toddler suddenly becomes silent, withdrawn, self-abusive, or indifferent to social overtures, then something is wrong. Research has shown that parents are usually correct about noticing developmental problems, although they may not realize the specific nature or degree of the problem.

The pervasive developmental disorders, or ‘Autism Spectrum Disorders’, range from a severe form, called autistic disorder, to a milder form, Asperger syndrome. If a child has symptoms of either of these disorders, but does not meet the specific criteria for either, the diagnosis is called pervasive developmental disorder not otherwise specified [PDD-NOS]. Other rare, very severe disorders that are included in the ‘Autism Spectrum Disorders’ are Rett syndrome and childhood disintegrative disorder.

So why is it that so many children are debilitated by these  dreadful conditions?  Autism and its associated diagnoses has long been a passion of mine and I will be releasing a new and updated program shortly through the Sounds from Source sites.

I was literally thousands of kilometres away, and in a hospital – a fact that I hadn’t yet shared with my children.  Explaining briefly to my son that I couldnt get to Melbourne  as I was having tests and that I would do what I could to assist from a distance.

I made some telephone calls  to  wonderful friends and fellow therapists and practitioners, and worked from my hospital bed to send love and healing energy to two beautiful children.

We are blessed in that they both recovered, and without any adverse affects.

For me, Well its just as well that I have a sense of humour, not one but three , yes [3] Colonoscopies over four days of the new year period. Overkill?? one could think so.

Its not just the case of the anaesthetic and the after effects of the proceedure, it really is the to me vile ‘liquid bowel cleanse’ that I needed to drink copious amounts of first.

Not once, three times basically in a row, over 4 days did I swallow down the ‘dreaded potion’. to cleanse the bowel.

The night that the poem below was written, I  had just finished writing  when my body reacted to the medicine presumably,  with some incredible pain in my right hand side and an urgent 3 am call to the ‘on duty Doctor’ as my blood pressure dropped alarmingly.

A half hour wait to see what happened next , before a further call to the Doctor and his instruction of giving me some ‘heavy duty’ pain relief,. [ Also guaranteed to drop my blood pressure', as my body has a morphine sensitivity]

just as well I had finished the poem first.

The Colonoscopy Poem

I am too late to sms

Even those that I love best

Surrounded by nurses and patients too

How is it that I feel blue

How insignificant am I then

In the plan of life and man

Two things are certain, death and taxes

Just as the moon it wanes and waxes

2/1/2011 the date today

Where is yesterday it’s gone away

The doors that bang and phones that ring

Buzzes that do nurses bring

All in a hurry much todo

They care for me and care for you

They are distracted set in a space

Does it separate them from our race?

Grief and dying, pain and more

All walk in the hospitals door

1.30am another cup of tea

A smiling nurse she brings to me

Up for a while she knows I’ll be

Might as well enjoy my nice hot tea

The buckets emptied to the loo

Still not clear at ten to two

A bulky pad white hospital gown

Neither are comfortable as I sit down

Aches and spasms body and hip

Put me in mind of a shuddering ship

Its engines roaring bows to sea

Starting on its own journey

For me I said an offer there would be

And June she said come and stay with me

Till you are well then we shall see

Just where inQueenslandwill you be

For in my insight I put trust

Yes for me it is a must

And I knew though I could not see

That NSW it would be for me

2.30am and its New Idea

That my friend Jane she brought me here

For the nurses say it’s not time to rest

We need that bowel cleaned to its best

Oh, this and that…………

So again, ‘what are you doing with what you have created’?

Well….ll , still doing case studies and testing the new programs, I like to know I have covered all of the bases before we release something.

‘Ok, so when are you going to stop being selfish’?

Err?? …….

“Do you realise just how many people there are out there who need what you have to offer, it doesn’t have to be perfect, you can refine it as you go along”

So where did the questions come from?

This afternoon I went to visit my friend Kim; we do not get to catch up very often so it was a pretty special time for me. While I was visiting, her children arrived home from school with their father.

Great to see him, we haven’t caught up in around five or so years. Possibly not so great when he asked the ‘tough questions’,

However……..

He gave me food for thought, when is enough, enough?

Do I really have to be a perfectionist, an over achiever?

How much of that need to have it right is a throw back to my early family life, parents, and grandparents?

So thank you to a wise and entrepreneurial man, who got me to look at life from a different perspective.

I remember her music, and her outstanding voice.

What I believe I will remember more though is the impact that her passing had on dear friends of mine, both of whom commented on being visibly affected.

When Susan and I spoke today, Whitney Houston came up in the conversation, and Susan mentioned to me on the singers passing having had a huge impact on her. yesterday

They were the same age, and Susan made reference to a life cut short and ‘what a waste’.

My comment in return was that we do not know what another person’s soul contract may be, I agree she had not lived three score years and ten that many anticipate give or take a year or two will be ‘their lot’.

Yet had she in some way fulfilled the ‘journey’ she came to take and experience? Was this ‘her time? Had she in sharing her voice and her music with the world fulfilled her ‘sacred contract’?

Susan went on to query could a ‘soul contract be changed’. i.e. can we move the goal posts, rewrite the fine print, recreate the ‘use by date.

We spoke on this subject briefly today, and plan on exploring it further as time permits.

I wrote this poem some twelve years ago, it is as fitting now as it was then.

Thinking that it had been the cat who is known for her often crazy antics I followed more slowly behind him.

Far from being  Little Puss, it was a visitor of the feathered variety, and not a small visitor by any means, what I am presuming is some species of Hawk.

As Jack is my self appointed ‘watchdog/ protector, [he thinks he's a big dog] I needed to get him out of the way before the bird either ate him, or he had a mouthful of feathers.

Easier said than done when you are working around four chairs and a set of table legs, and a bird attempting to get out through a window.

Eventually after opening the second half of the french doors,  some gentle persuasion and a plastic garden rake,  ’freedom’ for my feathered visitor was achieved. He / She flew off into the huge gum tree directly in line with the doors.

Now to come in those doors, or the one of them that was open,  the ‘hawk’ had to come under a twelve foot wide veranda, and negotiate a less than two foot doorway, so for those who think metric that’s around 3.6 metres of veranda and a 60cm door opening. Not an easy task with the wing span I saw it take off with.

Having assisted with its release, I had a well deserved cup of coffee, or at least I thought it was well deserved!

Walking outside about half an hour later my friendly visitor swooped low over my head and flew off out of sight.  So why did it visit?

The Alignment sounds were specifically created to be a gift to humanity. There are many people speaking of changes in their physical mental spiritual and emotional beings at this time and often these changes are linked to the Ascension process which humanity believes it is going through.

As the Sounds from Source vibrational sound programs are gifted to us, we specifically requested a sound which would be of assistance in these instances. The Alignment sound is what we were given.
May it assist you in the alignment of your body and its processes.
