Description of sound

The Trust and Faith sounds were developed to release the levels of lack of trust and faith in the self, that many people carry all through their lives and often not through any fault of their own.

Too often we fail to acknowledge ourselves for the person that we are, or the contribution we make to our families and society in general, due to feelings of lack of self worth, or self recognition.

The Trust and Faith sounds release stored cellular memories which may be preventing us from being the amazing person that we really are.

How this sound came about

The Trust and Faith sounds followed close on the heels of the Taking Action sounds, as one of the issues which came up in creating the Taking Action Sounds was the individual levels of trust and faith we have within ourselves, as well as how we see or identify with ourselves as individuals in this life.

Do we accept or believe in our own thoughts deeds and actions or are we working from the levels of beliefs which we were raised with as children, ie the Easter Bunny and Father Christmas to name just two.

Comment from Susan - This sound came about because I was working on a project which just wasn’t working and the person I was working with wasn’t sure it would work as well - so the seeds of doubt were implanted from him into me. After some deliberation - I asked Sheila what would help me to move through my doubt. Trust and faith is the result of that - whenever you are uncertain or doubtful, playing this sound with help you gain some clarity and clear the doubt away - which then will enable to you to make better decisions. In this particular instance, the project needed to be scrapped and basically reinvented with someone different, who had belief in the success of the project. This also led to the sound Co-creation - which is invaluable when working with others either personally or with a business or community.
